I’ve got these 2 great recipes for Cranberry Relish and Cranberry Salsa. This recipe for Cranberry Relish is the easiest I’ve EVER heard of. It only has 4 ingredients! You start with a bag of fresh cranberries. Then add a copped up tart apple, and a chopped up orange, rind and all. Then add 2 cups of sugar and put it all in a food processor. Then just pulse the heck out of it till it is a fine cranberry relish.
The gals from Our Best Bites were the speakers at the cooking class I attended. They were hilarious. They were one of the many bloggers I saw at the Pinner’s Conference at Southtowne Expo Center in Sandy, Utah. It was 2 days of lots of recipes, crafts, do it yourself ideas, holiday decorating and saving money tips. There were also lots of beauty and photography classes. I learned a few things about using my iphone for taking pics.
Anyhoo. Here is the recipe for the Relish.
Cranberry Relish Recipe
1 bag of fresh cranberries chopped fine in food processor
1 tart apple diced up (remove core and seeds)
1 orange cut up including rind (remove seeds)
2 cup of sugar.
Pulse till fine relish in the food processor. Serve with crackers, over turkey sandwiches, or over a block of cream cheese.
Another recipe that I have used to make Cranberry Salsa is HERE at my old blog Weekday Chef. It is also yummy but has a little heat from the jalapenos. You will be surprised how good it is though. It is yummo! You have to try it! I know I’m picking up some fresh cranberries this week!
